Confer with clients, administrators, co-trustees, beneficiaries and attorneys regarding the establishment, administration and operation of a trust. Review and recommend acceptance or rejection of potential fiduciary responsibilities for the offices assigned. Analyze trust instruments to determine duties and responsibilities of the company. Approve, maintain and negotiate as necessary desirable fee schedules and charges for trust and investment services. Ensure all tax liabilities and obligations of accounts are met.
