    Global Banking - Investment Banking Analyst Are you a strong analytical and inventive thinker? Do you enjoy developing pitch ideas for stakeholders, clients, and investors? We're looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to: • develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options, and recommend strategies to meet client goals • generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward • identify and meet client needs, coordinating, and working alongside colleagues and investors • create and analyze financial models for potential transactions and client pitches • spot problems, generate options, and recommend solutions (you're a contingency planner by nature) • lead execution and project management of the potential transactions - coordinate teams of bankers, legal counsels, tax advisors, run due diligence processes and actively participate in the negotiations of legal documentation
