Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Experience Operations Manager to support the execution and operational management of various media projects. This role sits at the intersection of media strategy, analytics, and data cloud, ensuring measurement solutions are executed accurately, tracking is implemented correctly, and documentation/project management is clear and communicated to responsible parties. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of digital marketing or media operations experience , understands digital tagging frameworks , and is familiar with customer journey attribution concepts across multiple marketing channels.
