We are a stand-alone company within the Amazon corporate family that provides services to other Amazon companies and are looking for a talented, driven, and versatile Customer Implementation Lead to own the end-to-end customer onboarding and launch experience for our re:Cycle as a Service (RaaS) offering. You'll serve as the critical bridge between Business Development and our operational, systems, and broader stakeholder teams - ensuring that customers are seamlessly transitioned into a successful pilot and launch.
