We're making our electronics processing, reuse, and recycling company available to customers - and we're looking for professionals with experience building solutions to scale our business, ensuring our customers succeed while developing the use cases of the future. re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is an electronics processing, reuse, and recycling company that works to extend the life of used electronic equipment with a specialization in the handling of valuable electronic hardware used in data centers. We are a stand-alone company within the Amazon corporate family that provides services to other Amazon companies and are looking for a talented, driven, and versatile Customer Implementation Lead to own the end-to-end customer onboarding and launch experience for our re:Cycle as a Service (RaaS) offering. You'll serve as the critical bridge between Business Development and our operational, systems, and broader stakeholder teams - ensuring that customers are seamlessly transitioned into a successful pilot and launch. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring someone who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by standing up new processes from the ground up.
