Equipment and Reliability Engineer Job Location (country) Summary The Equipment and Reliability Engineer improves asset reliability and process performance to deliver sustained gains in OEE and cost. Working in close partnership with Operations and Maintenance, this role applies engineering judgment and data-driven analysis to eliminate repeat failures, strengthen equipment capability, and support equipment upgrades and installations. The role requires hands-on technical leadership to drive problem solving, implement reliability improvements, and influence consistent execution across the plant.
