Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of direct experience in harness fabrication using 1:1 form boards and various tooling in R&D and prototype spaces - Strong electrical skills, ability to read wiring schematics and layouts, redline drawings, and communicate with EDS design engineers - Strong background in electrical wiring & harness fabrication from scratch. -
