Senior Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing Integration Hayward, CA As Zoox scales its autonomous vehicle programs, we are expanding and upgrading our manufacturing capabilities. In this high-visibility role, you will be the strategic TPM driving complex manufacturing infrastructure and capital expenditure (CapEx) projects from initial concept through final commissioning. You will serve as the critical bridge connecting Zoox's internal cross-functional engineering teams with external architectural, construction, and equipment partners, ensuring our capital investments translate into world-class production environments. As Zoox scales its autonomous vehicle programs, we are expanding and upgrading our manufacturing capabilities. In this high-visibility role, you will be the strategic TPM driving complex manufacturing infrastructure and capital expenditure (CapEx) projects from initial concept through final commissioning. You will serve as the critical bridge connecting Zoox's internal cross-functional engineering teams with external architectural, construction, and equipment partners, ensuring our capital investments translate into world-class production environments. In this role, you will: - Manufacturing Project Lifecycle Management: Drive the planning, detailed engineering design, and execution for complex manufacturing facility upgrades and line implementation. - External Partner Interface: Act as the primary technical liaison, managing relationships, schedules, and deliverables with external Architectural & Engineering (A&E) firms, general contractors, and equipment integrators. - Cross-Functional Integration: Orchestrate tight alignment across Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing NPI, Facilities, and Supply Chain to ensure facility infrastructure and layouts perfectly support product architecture and material flow. - CapEx & Risk Mitigation: Own integrated program schedules spanning facility preparation through tool and equipment installation.
