Manager, Enterprise Applications Foster City, CA Zoox is looking for a strategic leader to guide the Commercial Applications group within our Enterprise Applications Engineering organization. This role owns the enterprise platforms that power collaboration, service delivery, and workforce productivity across the company. You will lead a multi-disciplinary organization responsible for SaaS & self-service applications, enterprise collaboration tools, and the ServiceNow platform. As Zoox continues to scale, you'll define the long-term vision for our enterprise software ecosystem, driving cloud modernization, automation, and the responsible adoption of AI to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive employee experiences. In this role you will: - Lead and develop a team of Team Leads and Senior Administrators across SaaS, collaboration, and ServiceNow platforms - Define and execute the Commercial Applications roadmap, including Atlassian Cloud migration and ServiceNow platform evolution - Drive operational maturity through engineering standards, SLAs, and proactive service management - Champion self-service and workflow automation to reduce manual toil and improve employee experience - Partner cross-functionally
