What You Can Expect This position will support in the administration of Zimmer Biomet total rewards programs primarily for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) employees, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. This individual will work with the compensation Sr. Director to provide internal compensation support and analysis including expatriate management, relocation, total rewards programs (merit, bonus, stock options, ESPP), company cars, market data analysis , compensation issue resolution, benefits, and all other EMEA related compensation programs.
