What You Can Expect Responsible for managing all manufacturing activities required to operate multiple production value streams. Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills are essential as well as a full understanding of the manufacturing operation and the Zimmer Quality System. How You'll Create Impact Manages several manufacturing departments that may include a staff of production supervisors, production planners, engineers, maintenance personnel, clerks and hourly production employees.
