Catering Operations Site Lead (Monday-Thursday 9:00am-3:30pm) Philadelphia, PA Our Catering Operations Site Leads are natural team players who guide Zerocater's On-Site Specialists with the goal of maximizing the team's performance and facilitating excellent client experiences. While ensuring that every meal goes off without a hitch, you'll get the benefit of building relationships with clients, many of which are exciting tech startups like Zerocater. You are a subject matter expert and enthusiastic spokesperson for Zerocater because you agree that the best ideas happen over food. The ideal person for this role is thoughtful, empathetic, and brings a smile to work every day. What you will do: Serve as the main point of contact for our clients; answering any questions or issues they may have Conduct pre-shift preparation tasks and delegate shift responsibilities to appropriate team members Ensure Zerocater standards are being exceeded with every meal served Serve as an executive decision-maker around meal issues utilizing your ability to think quickly on your feet Schedule new On-Site Specialists to shadow current employees while ensuring consistency in quality and level of service provided Qualifications for success: 1-2 years experience in a team lead or management position with a background in hospitality, food service, or similar customer-facing role. Track record of being a true team player, willing to work together and help others out to ensure smooth execution.
