Vous serez l'un des premiers points de contact de nos prospects et jouerez un rôle clé dans la qualification de nos leads entrants. Vos missions - Qualification de leads entrants : Traitement de 100 % de leads inbound. Les propriétaires prennashent rendez-vous directement via nos campagnes marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Google). - Contacter les prospects qui n'ont pas pris rendez-vous, et les convaincre de la solution Zefir - Appels clients: Conduire des appels de 20 minutes pour comprendre les besoins des clients, présenter la proposition de valeur de Zefir et planifier des rendez-vous de suivi avec les Account Executives. - Gestion d'un volume élevé : Gérer environ 80-100 interactions clients par jour avec rigueur et organisation. - Collaboration transverse : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Account Executives pour optimiser les taux de conversion et garantir une expérience client fluide. - Contribution à la croissance : Participer activement à l'avancement des leads dans le tunnel de vente.
