From ideation to launch and beyond, engineers at Zefir take full ownership of their work, ensuring that every feature delivers the expected impact. Responsibilities/Mission - Hire and grow a team by refining hiring processes and closing top talent. - Build and lead a high-performing engineering team. - Set the vision and align engineering with business goals. - Make technical decisions and support complex implementations. - Scale the product to support a growing customer base. - Coach engineers to develop their skills and advance their careers. - Move fast and drive execution in a high-impact environment.
