About this role
Manager, YouTube Product Partnerships Strategy and Operations, APAC Singapore The YouTube Product Partnerships team drives partner strategy and manages the key relationships that help to make YouTube's products more universally accessible and useful. Our strategic partnerships drive YouTube's viewer and subscriber growth, platform enablement, and creator success globally. We know how to assess partnership opportunities in any situation, define a strategy, and work closely within our team, and with Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical partnerships that help evolve our business. As a Partnerships Strategy and Operations Manager focused on the YouTube Product Partnerships business in Asia-Pacific, you'll work closely with the leadership team to help the business grow and operate effectively, ensuring our teams are executing against YouTube's most critical priorities in close alignment with regional and global cross-functional stakeholders. This includes driving deliverables for critical internal alignment and approval forums on strategic issues, preparing key leaders for internal and external commitments (e.g., quarterly business reviews, partner meetings, conferences), and supporting annual strategic planning and objectives and key results (OKR) processes. Your ability to quickly analyze a challenge with strategic and quantitative excellence will help propel strategic priorities across the team, and you'll develop an expertise in the APAC region while helping to influence global business and product priorities.
