Installation Manager Remote Japan Job Summary: The Store Manager oversees the daily operation of an XPEL installation facility. Core Duties Oversee daily operation of the Installation facility including full P&L responsibility Manage and develop team of installers Acquire, retain and manage product sales with Independent Installers and Dealerships Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product; introducing new products Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers Perform individual market analyses within the territory to develop new customer and conquest strategies Follow up on sales leads Help customers through email, phone, and in person meetings Responsible for working with the sales administration team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships Basic Qualifications Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience of 5 years Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills XPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
