About this role

Xometry's digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity. We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our pay practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our global growth strategy. You will serve as a subject matter expert on market trends, job architecture, and the execution of our annual rewards cycle. Key Responsibilities Market Intelligence: Lead the end-to-end participation in global salary surveys (e.g., Aon Radford, Mercer, WTW). This includes data mapping, submission, and analyzing results to identify market movement. Salary Range Development: Design and maintain competitive salary structures and pay grades. You will use market data to build and refresh ranges that support our hiring and retention goals. Job Architecture: Support the maintenance of our global job catalog. You will evaluate new and existing roles, ensuring they are leveled correctly within our internal framework. Annual Cycle Management: Act as a core contributor to the year-end Base Salary, Bonus, and Equity planning process. This includes preparing manager workbooks, auditing recommendations, and ensuring budget compliance. Data Analytics: Create and maintain complex compensation models.
