Your Role XBOW is hiring a Regional Marketing Lead, AMER to own pipeline generation for a dedicated region. This role is responsible for designing and executing regional marketing programs that drive demand, engage target accounts, and support revenue growth. You'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and the broader Marketing team to build pipeline using a mix of regional events, channel marketing, and account-based marketing. This is a highly execution-oriented role
