About the Role We are seeking an Associate Scientist to join our High-Throughput (HTP) team to support the discovery and development of innovative protein therapeutics. This role focuses on the design and execution of HTP expression, purification, and characterization campaigns. You will work at the interface of biochemistry and automation, collaborating closely with our robotics and data teams to advance candidate molecules from in silico design to physical validation. About You The successful candidate works effectively both independently and as part of cross-functional teams. Experience collaborating with discovery, process development, and analytical departments is highly desirable. We require an adaptable scientist with strong communication skills and the ability to present data across team and departmental levels. You should excel in fast-paced environments, managing multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities.
