ABOUT THE ROLE You will oversee structural contractors and crews building the advanced structural infrastructure for xAI's Memphis Data Center - including deep foundations, concrete slabs, pile systems, structural steel framing, equipment pads, seismic bracing, and heavy support structures that form the backbone of the facility. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Memphis, Tennessee, with relocation required depending on additional construction locations within the US. RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee and coordinate structural installations during night shift hours, including foundations, formwork, rebar placement, concrete pouring and finishing, structural steel erection, embeds, equipment supports, and seismic/wind-resistant systems for xAI Data Centers. -
