Nightlife Server Assistant/Marketing Model - EBC at Night Las Vegas, NV, United States Company Description: Job Description: The Nightlife Server Assistant / Marketing Model is responsible for assisting the Cocktail Server while providing superior customer service, serving beverages, food and amenities in all areas of the pool and nightclub. Service should be consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company standards. Job Duties: Assisting Cocktail Server with serving beverages and food to guests Transporting trays and serving food and beverages in all pool and nightclub areas Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County Health standards Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards Responsible for the daily set up of the pool and service areas before the venue opens Responsible for the daily breakdown of the pool and service areas as the venue closes Assist guests with requests, offering appropriate alternatives and seeking assistance when necessary Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner Manage multiple tables and tasks in an efficient and proactive manner Recognize and acknowledge when guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicated Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis Ensure daily/nightly opening and closing duties are completed Adhere to and enforce company specific safety and health department policies/procedures Report any incidents or violations to management Follow all designated emergency procedures Attend required trainings
