Service should be consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company standards. Job Duties: Greet, serve, interact and entertain guests courteously and in a timely manner with an upbeat attitude Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner Serving beverages, food and amenities in all areas of the pool and nightclub Take food and beverage orders from Guests table(s) and communicate orders properly to the service bar Organize and prioritize service per appropriate service sequence Up sell and suggestively sell menu items, celebration packages and beverages at all times Check food and beverage orders prior to serving to ensure that they are correct, properly presented and that special requests have been met Promptly deliver all beverages to appropriate tables and assigned work areas Manage multiple tables and tasks in an efficient and proactive manner Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County Health Standards Recognize and acknowledge when guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicated Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis Ensure daily/nightly opening and closing duties are completed Adhere to and enforce company specific safety and
