This role ensures a seamless, refined arrival and seating experience through attentive service, detailed coordination, and personalized guest engagement. The Host Person serves as the central point of communication for guest flow, reservations, and front-of-house organization while upholding Wynn's Forbes Five-Star standards and commitment to service excellence. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Arrival Presentation Greet all guests with poise, warmth, and professionalism, using eye contact and personalized acknowledgment when possible Anticipate guest needs and preferences to provide a tailored, elevated experience Maintain a polished, confident presence that reflects the luxury positioning of Wynn restaurants Ensure each guest's arrival and departure experience is seamless, gracious, and memorable Reservations & Seating Coordination Manage reservations and guest seating with precision, balancing service pacing and guest expectations Coordinate VIP arrivals, special occasions, and high-priority reservations with management and service teams Provide accurate wait times and manage waitlists while maintaining guest satisfaction Optimize seating flow to ensure efficiency without compromising the guest experience Luxury Service Delivery Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of arrival experience (greeting standards, seating, menu presentation, guest transitions) Maintain awareness of dining room atmosphere, including guest mix, pacing, and overall ambiance Uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards through attentive, thoughtful, and proactive guest interaction Communication & Guest Coordination Act as a
