Executive Host - Domestic Asian Marketing Las Vegas, NV, United States Company Description: Job Description: The Domestic Asian Marketing Executive Casino Host position will be responsible for the continuous acquisition of new players to grow property player base and increase revenues along with assuring retention and repeat business through all communication channels to include telemarketing with a focus on Domestic Asian clientele. The Domestic Asian Casino Host will constantly strive to exceed guest expectations through gracious and personalized service. The ideal candidate for this position will possess inherent customer service skills, a passion for guest care, and a commitment to proactive service and recovery as necessary. Core Key Skills Cultural Intelligence & Market Fluency - Deep understanding of diverse Asian cultures (Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Filipino, etc.) within the domestic U.S. market; Awareness of cultural etiquette, traditions, and guest expectations Relationship Management & VIP Clientele - Build and sustain long-term relationships with high-value guests; Strong network within Asian business communities, social circles, and affluent clientele segments Luxury Service & Wynn Standards - Expertise in ultra-luxury guest experience delivery, aligned with Wynn's Five-Star standards; Impeccable attention to detail in guest preferences, profiles, and service recovery Sales Acumen & Revenue Generation - Strong understanding of casino/player development, hospitality sales, or high-end client acquisition; Driving incremental revenue through personalized offers and experiences Multilingual Communication - Fluency or proficiency in one or more languages such as: Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese Event Planning & Experience Curation - Expertise in organizing exclusive events, VIP activations, and cultural
