The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational acumen, refined attention to detail, and sophisticated communication capabilities across multiple departments. Possessing a keen interest in creative operations excellence, strategic project management workflows, and leveraging advanced AI tools to elevate efficiency and optimize processes. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Curate and evaluate incoming creative submissions for completeness, accuracy, and requisite assets. Engage with stakeholders to procure essential information, including specifications, timelines, approvals, and supporting materials. Facilitate intake triage and strategically route projects to the appropriate creative professionals. Orchestrate and maintain project workflows within sophisticated project management systems such as Asana. Ensure impeccable project execution by monitoring timelines, critical milestones, approvals, and overall project status. Collaborate with the Project Manager on production coordination and strategic project management initiatives. Maintain meticulous documentation standards, organizing files, proofs, and comprehensive project records. Facilitate seamless cross-functional coordination through meeting facilitation, status communications, and stakeholder engagement. Uphold established intake protocols and workflow standards with unwavering precision. Proactively identify and communicate strategic risks, incomplete submissions, or conflicting priorities to leadership. Demonstrate proficiency with advanced AI tools integrated within project management workflows.
