Job Description: Hourly Pay: $37.85 - $37.85 The Encore Boston Harbor Casino Supervisor is responsible for front line guest service on the casino floor in the table games area. This includes dealer supervision, game protection, ability to calculate average bets, assisting guests with various needs and enforcing all departmental procedures and state regulations. Key responsibility is to provide outstanding guest service and contribute to positive guest experience.
