About this role
Sales Support Specialist Phoenix, Arizona; Los Angeles, California SALES SUPPORT ADMIN-MORTGAGE WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Works with division sales management to assess and improve sales processes, tools, and infrastructure to support a strong and effective sales culture. Provides information to management on the effectiveness of sales practices and activities and develops and implements metrics, tracking and analysis reports. Supports the overall sales process to include communications, best practices, sales campaigns, marketing, onboarding, training etc. Creates and compiles monthly and quarterly performance data and reports utilizing various CNB systems for incentive plan calculations, cross sale tracking, and other special projects as applicable WHAT WILL YOU DO? • Support day-to-day needs of sales with tools, processes, and performance resources. • Support distribution of production reporting needed to enhance the performance of the sales teams • Develop, document, and maintain standard LOB policies • Identify trends or performance gaps and implement solutions for process improvement. • Work closely with key sales partners to enhance knowledge of marketing strategies and complementary sales goals (Including desired activities, such as calling requirements, relationship planning and referral development). • Stays current on general sales (management) trends in related industries and ensures that City National Bank is exposed to and employs all appropriate best practices. • Work with Risk team to ensure the LOB complies with all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct, etc.). •
