When you join RadNet as our Outreach Specialist I, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21 st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators achieve the best clinical outcomes. You will: Contact patients through our internal calling system to schedule mammograms and other imaging exams. Educate patients about the importance of early cancer detection through regular screening exams. Utilize scripts and handle objections to successfully schedule appointments. Identify patient needs and offer appropriate service solutions and support. Manage a high volume of calls efficiently and professionally. Ensure accurate appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and updates in the RIS system. If You Are: Be able to work in a quiet, uninterrupted space free from outside noise. Have access to high-speed internet. Hold a high school diploma and have at least 1 year of medical or radiology office experience (or relevant medical training/education). Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail. Be capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. Show passion for patient care with sound judgment and professionalism. Possess knowledge of medical terminology Ideal Candidate will possess: Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally
