When you join RadNet as a CT Technologist Trainee , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21 st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Assists with preparing patients for CT exams and explains procedures in a courteous and professional manner. Learns proper positioning techniques, immobilization methods, and safety procedures for CT imaging under supervision. Observes and assists with administering contrast media (only after obtaining venipuncture certification and under direct supervision, if applicable). Supports technologists with image processing, PACS transmission, and quality assurance checks. Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines. Participates in educational activities, in-service training, and on-the-job instruction to gain competency in CT imaging. Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for patient procedures. Provides professional and compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process. Completes administrative tasks, paperwork, and data entry as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned while learning the full scope of the CT Technologist role.
