Ameresco has a new opportunity for an Apprentice Plumber with a strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn to join our Federal Operations and Maintenance team based in Anchorage, Alaska . Responsibilities: Install, maintain, test, and repair plumbing and HVAC mechanical systems, related piping systems, and control valves, and all other related equipment, in accordance with plumbing codes. Maintain customer satisfaction and exceed customers' expectations. Able to keep up with book work and testing for the apprentice program. Ability to travel to remote locations for extended periods of time to support construction operations. Perform related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Experience or interest in commercial Plumbing service and installation. Working towards Journeyman's Plumbers certification. Additional Qualifications: Completion of trade school or Vocational High School Diploma desired.
