When you join us as a Attorney Request ChartSwap, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21 st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Review and verify submitted Attorney requests ensuring that all documentation is HIPPA compliant and that the patient's information is valid. Provide exceptional customer service while responding to and documenting electronic Attorney inquiries in a timely manner established by standard operating procedures. Follow up and report status of pending, in process and completed requests. Locate, organize and submit electronic patient billing and/or medical records. You Are: Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, providers & colleagues Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have: At least 1 year of medical billing and collections experience, as well as Accounts Receivable experience.
