THE OPPORTUNITY As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our platform. You will work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers to design and deliver scalable, performant, and reliable systems. Beyond hands-on development, you will serve as a technical leader-guiding architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and driving initiatives that raise the bar for engineering quality and Execution. This role requires strong ownership, deep problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. You will operate in a small, highly collaborative team where clarity, accountability, and impact matter. Experience building AI-powered features or using AI tools to improve engineering productivity is a strong plus.
