Job Description: Overview We are looking for a strategic and innovative talent development partner to guide and execute our talent initiatives for India. In this role, you will support the growth and development of Wisers in Hyderabad as a trusted partner and adviser for the region. You will foster a culture of continuous learning, working closely with senior leaders and global teams to provide high-impact development opportunities that enhance capabilities, boost performance, and support career progression. You will play a key role in delivering leadership development training, new-hire onboarding, and other key programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, measuring the impact of training, and collaborating with external providers to deliver effective and engaging learning solutions.
