Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Analytics Manager who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders. You will partner with our Payment Operations organisation to help drive data-driven decisions that would improve our payment systems, making them smoother and more efficient. The Payment Operations organisation is responsible for ensuring that our customers' payments flow smoothly. The organisation focuses on resolving issues surrounding the movement of funds, to deliver a fast and convenient payment experience for our customers. You will lead our analytics efforts in the Payment Operations organisation to identify and analyse payment issues in the various regions we operate in, forecast operational capacity, build insights to improve the payment processing performance of our banking partners, and define the data strategy around evaluating the quality of our payment processes.
