Job Description: This role focuses on enhancing our self-service reporting capabilities within Visier and establishing the robust data foundations that allow our analytics team to deliver accurate, high-impact insights. As a Senior People Analytics , you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate those requirements into technical specifications, and build scalable solutions within our analytics infrastructure. You will be an integral part of the People team, serving as a primary resource for data-driven decision-making across the entire organization. Key Responsibilities: Data Integration: Develop and maintain secure data pipelines between People systems and Snowflake, prioritizing data privacy and confidentiality. Infrastructure Development: Design and scale data assets to ensure a reliable and accessible foundation for people analytics. Innovation: Utilize modern technologies, including LLMs and advanced data engineering techniques, to build forward-thinking analytics solutions.
