Job Description: We're looking for an exceptional Payment Product Operations Specialist to join our North America Payment Operations team right here in Austin. This is a dynamic position where you will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations. You will be the architect of our scalability in the USD and CAD markets, transforming complex payment hurdles into seamless, automated systems. This isn't a traditional operations role. It's for someone who thrives in an environment of fast-paced growth and autonomy, whose simple but ambitious goal is to make our North American payment rails so efficient they feel seamless for our customers. Here's how you'll be contributing: Scale the "Unscalable": Audit our USD/CAD payment routes to identify manual friction. You won't just report on problems; you'll build the automation and workflow improvements to eliminate them. Bridge the Gap: Act as the strategic connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Ops teams. You'll translate technical constraints
