We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Sanctions Service Delivery to Lead our growing Operations Team. Here's how you'll be contributing to the team Lead 5 Senior Operations Managers and 500+ Sanctions Agents globally Coach, develop and performance manage the team to drive a high performance culture Hiring new staff as you build out your team Own demand and capacity planning for your team ensuring we have enough staff to support our customers Manage service delivery ensuring your finger is always on the pulse with all queues and customers are not left waiting for responses Maintain strong relationships with Compliance, ensuring we have the right structure and processes in place for effective oversight
