Job Description: The Employer Brand Partner serves as the strategic link between the Global Employer Brand team and the local market. You will act as a partner to local teams to understand their hiring needs and create bespoke strategies to attract top talent in the market. You will ensure that our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is local, authentic, and effective in the Hyderabad and APAC markets, as well as support global employer brand initiatives and projects. Localised responsibilities Partner with local teams to understand local hiring challenges across all teams Stay ahead of the Hyderabad talent landscape - what competitors are offering, the perception of the Wise employer brand in the marketplace and expectations of local candidates Create a compelling, localised employer brand strategy and deliver initiatives including developing creative briefs, creating content, events, local award strategy and partnerships Develop local messaging and employee value proposition that resonates with local audiences that showcases our culture, career
