About this role
Senior Infrastructure Engineer São Paulo, SP We are seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Engineer to oversee and optimize our core IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring that our network infrastructure, Hyper-V virtualization clusters, and AWS cloud environment are stable and secure. You aren't just maintaining systems; you are architecting the reliability of our entire business. Key Responsibilities Network Engineering - Network Architecture: Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches (Catalyst/Nexus), routers, and ASA/Firepower firewalls. - Wireless Infrastructure: Manage the full lifecycle of Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi solutions, including SSID configuration, RF optimization, and secure guest access via the Meraki Dashboard. - Connectivity & Routing: Maintain robust LAN/WAN connectivity, including SD-WAN, Site-to-Site VPN tunnels, and BGP/OSPF routing protocols. Server & Cloud Infrastructure - Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage high-availability server environments using Microsoft Hyper-V (Failover Clustering) and AWS (EC2, VPC, S3). - Server Administration: Provide expert-level support for Windows Server (2016/2025) and Ubuntu Linux. - Core Services: Manage and optimize critical network services including DNS (internal/external), DHCP scopes, and Active Directory/LDAP. - Cloud Integration: Bridge the gap between on-premise hardware and AWS, implementing hybrid-cloud best practices and cost-optimization strategies. - Data Center: Experience with data center cabling and capacity planning Technical Requirements - Networking: Cisco Networking (Routing, Switching, Firewalls) and Cisco Meraki (Wireless, SD-WAN) - Virtualization: Microsoft Hyper-V (Failover Clustering, Virtual Switches) - Cloud: AWS (knowledge of other cloud providers is a plus) - Operating Systems: Windows Server (AD, GPO) and Linux (SSH, Bash
