We move fast, operate with extreme ownership, and obsess over enabling our sellers to grow. The Role We're looking for a Strategic Finance Lead to be a key partner to our executive team as we scale. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. You'll own the financial model, drive critical business decisions, and help shape the direction of the company. This is not a back-office accounting role. We want someone who can translate complex financial data into clear strategic narratives, challenge assumptions, and operate as a genuine business partner to every team at Whop. What You'll Do - Own the financial model. Build and maintain a dynamic, company-wide model that supports scenario planning, fundraising, and long-range forecasting. - Drive the operating cadence. Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, track KPIs across revenue, margins, and unit economics, and surface insights that drive action. - Support fundraising and investor relations. Prepare board materials, investor updates, and diligence packages; serve as a key point of contact for investors. - Build the finance function.
