The Finance team at WHOOP is building a world-class accounting organization to support the company's rapid growth and long-term strategic ambitions. We are focused on scaling our processes, strengthening internal controls, and preparing the infrastructure needed for public company readiness. We are seeking a Manager, Revenue Accounting to join our accounting team and serve as a key operator within the revenue function. Reporting to the Director of Revenue and Inventory, this role will own the end-to-end revenue close for WHOOP's subscription, device, and services model, while bringing an analytics-forward lens to how revenue data is sourced, validated, and explained. Build scalable flows and dashboards to monitor completeness and accuracy between ERP and payment processor data, identify and investigate outliers, and drive greater transparency and control across the revenue reporting process. You will partner closely with Technical Accounting, FP&A, Data, Product, and Operations to ensure that revenue is recognized accurately under ASC 606, that judgments are operationalized into repeatable close processes, and that the underlying data tells a clear story to leadership and external auditors.
