This role is ideal for someone early in their operations career who wants to work in telehealth, enjoys combining process-driven work with data, systems, and clinician communication, and is excited to make operational workflows smarter over time. You'll be deeply hands-on in credentialing and payer enrollment while also partnering cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and ensure clinicians have a smooth, well-supported experience. What You'll Do Credentialing & Enrollment Operations - Own the day-to-day tracking and progress of clinician credentialing and payer enrollment workflows, ensuring applications move forward accurately and on time. - Identify and resolve blockers across credentialing, enrollment, and re-credentialing
