Job Description: Responsibilities for supporting continuous production on an online support shift. Key duties include ensuring equipment performance to meet quality, yield, cost, and cycle time goals; reporting machine status and issues; conducting final product tests; maintaining 6S standards; assisting the tech team in reducing machine downtime and improving MTBA/MTBF; supporting engineers with project follow-ups; training operators on machine operation; and managing spare parts and tracking records.
