Job Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia This position will be located at Krubong, Melaka in a vibrant industrial area. You will experience different exciting local cultures in this historical state. What you will be doing: Prepare samples, materials, and tools for engineering builds. Collect experiment data to improve processes and check equipment performance. Support engineers with daily process checks and monitoring. Run engineering simulations, trials, and experiment tests. Operate machines according to SOPs to ensure smooth production. Perform basic root cause checks and assist with engineering analysis. Conduct process test runs to find improvement opportunities. Provide technical support and recommendations to engineering teams. Work with production and maintenance to solve process issues. Support yield improvement projects
