About this role

Contract Administrator Plano, TX - Dallas Pkwy Contract Analyst directs the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals relating to construction projects for Capital Projects. Responsible for verifying adherence to policy related to specifications for materials, equipment, manpower, or other construction services contracted by the department. Verifies all necessary approvals have been obtained and ensures that standard company procedures are followed. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the accounting field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Reports to Senior Contract Analyst, Capital Administration.
