About this role

Product Marketing Coordinator Mexico We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Product Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level role will act as key project manager for the product marketing team. You will be the glue that connects our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams. Your mission is to ensure our customers and internal teams are always in the loop on our latest innovations, while ensuring the Product Marketing team and whole company deeply understand the voice of our customers. - This position will be remote - Reports to: Product Marketing Lead What You Will Own - Monthly Product Launch and Enablement Updates : Own the end-to-end coordination of our monthly launch and enablement process. This includes drafting enablement and training materials, crafting internal and external communications content, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timing. - Sales & Internal Enablement Assets : Support the creation and maintenance of sales collateral, including one-pagers, emails, internal training courses / Flash Updates, videos, case studies, and battlecards. You will manage our internal resource library to ensure GTM teams always have the most up-to-date assets. - Competitive Intelligence Tracking : Monitor competitor news, feature launches, and pricing changes to provide monthly "digest" reports to the leadership team. - Social Proof Creation : Help identify happy customers and coordinate the production of case studies, testimonials, and ROI stats. You'll leverage our database of customers and contacts to build a library of social proof to help the entire company tell
