The role We're hiring a Director of Fleet Operations Execution to lead the global delivery of on-road testing across all programs and geographies. This role sits at the centre of our operations-responsible for translating technical testing requirements into real-world delivery, managing regional test teams, and partnering closely with Engineering and Product to ensure our autonomous and assisted driving systems are exercised, validated, and ready to scale. You'll lead execution with pace and rigour while shaping how advanced technology is tested in the real world.
