Sr Principal Enterprise Architect Milford, MA, US Overview Waters is seeking a Senior Principal Enterprise Architect to provide enterprise‑wide architectural leadership during a pivotal period of transformation. This role is responsible for shaping Waters' long‑term technology direction while playing a critical leadership role in the integration of BD businesses, platforms, and data into the Waters ecosystem . As a senior individual contributor with broad influence, the Principal Enterprise Architect will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution-guiding complex architectural decisions, enabling large‑scale integration programs, and ensuring that near‑term transformation choices support long‑term scalability, resilience, and value creation. Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture Leadership Define, evolve, and govern Waters' enterprise architecture across business capabilities, applications, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure, and security. Translate business strategy into actionable target‑state architectures and multi‑year roadmaps. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders on complex trade‑offs involving cost, speed, risk, and scalability. Establish and enforce architectural principles, standards, and reference architectures to drive consistency and reuse across the enterprise.
