Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement Milford, MA, US Overview The Senior Manager of Indirect Procurement is a senior leadership role responsible for enterprise-wide indirect procurement strategy, with deep ownership of IT Procurement and M&A integration synergy delivery. This role leads a combined team of Indirect Procurement Category Managers and Procurement Operations professionals and directly manages high‑value IT sourcing events and negotiations. The position partners closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver GAAP and non‑GAAP Opex cost reduction, accelerate post‑merger integration, and scale compliant procurement operations across SAP Ariba Source‑to‑Contract and PR‑to‑PO. Responsibilities Leadership, Savings & M&A Integration Lead and develop an 8-10 member team, consisting of Indirect Procurement Category Managers and Procurement Operations professionals supporting Ariba S2C and PR/PO workflows. Own delivery of Finance‑committed GAAP Opex budget savings and cost reduction targets, and synergy capture from acquisitions. Drive M&A integration initiatives, including supplier rationalization, contract harmonization, volume leverage, and duplicated spend elimination. Serve as executive escalation point for high‑risk sourcing, supplier, and operational issues.
