Senior HR Communications Partner Sparks, MD, US; Milford, MA, US Overview The Global Communications team is seeking a Senior HR Communications Partner to develop and execute strategic HR communication programs and campaigns that inspire, engage, inform, and align our global workforce throughout this critical period of integration and transformation. This role will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience across key moments that matter by designing cohesive, human-centered communication journeys across HR programs as we unite our talent, capabilities, and culture. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, craft compelling narratives around complex people programs, and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute the plan. The successful candidate will be collegial, data-driven, and business-minded, with proven experience in employee and HR communications and the demonstrated ability to provide valuable, results-oriented counsel to internal stakeholders at all levels. If you are a creative thinker and writer who thrives "outside of the box" and a self-starter who is unafraid of iteration and learning, we want to hear from you. This role reports into the Head of Employee Communications and will be embedded with the HR Leadership Team.
